Brenda Moulding - Manager Brenda has worked at Fairmont since 2008, NVQ Level 3, Level 3 First line Management. Has worked in the care sector for many years and has lots of experience dealing with clients with both learning and physical disabilities. Care Team includes Assistant Manager, Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants, Kitchen and Domestic Staff.

All our care staff are encouraged and supported in obtaining further qualifications appropriate to their role. We offer a full programme of in-house training courses covering all aspects of care delivery, which is co-ordinated by our Company Training Officer. External training agencies are employed to deliver specialised courses such as First Aid and Basic Food Hygiene as required. Medication Awareness, Continence and Diabetes training is delivered by qualified health professionals.

Our Activities Co-ordinator visits Fairmont twice weekly and our Handyman is on call for any eventuality.
