Sharon Aspden - Manager
Sharon holds NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award, A1 Assessor and Key Mover Certificate. Sharon has worked in the care sector since 1994, both in domiciliary and residential care and has lots of experience dealing with the elderly. She has been with the company since 2000 and was previously employed as a Senior Care Assistant at the Brooklands
Care Team includes Assistant Manager, Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants, Kitchen and Domestic Staff.
All our care staff are encouraged and supported in obtaining further qualifications appropriate to their role. We offer a full programme of in-house training courses covering all aspects of care delivery, which is co-ordinated by our Company Training Officer. External training agencies are employed to deliver specialised courses such as First Aid and Basic Food Hygiene as required. Medication Awareness, Continence and Diabetes training is delivered by qualified health professionals.
Our Activities Co-ordinator visits Oxford House twice every week and our Handyman is on call for any eventuality.
