What Happens When You Visit

A visit takes about 45 minutes and there’s no pressure to decide anything on the day.

  • You’ll meet the home’s manager in person, not a salesperson
  • You’ll see a real bedroom, not a show room
  • You’re welcome to sit in on an activity and see a normal day in progress
  • Tea (and usually cake) with residents, if you’d like
  • Bring as many family members as you want, there’s no limit
  • Free, on-site parking at every home
  • No obligation, and no pressure to decide anything on the day

Is there any cost or obligation to visit?

None at all. A visit is simply a chance to see the home and ask questions, there’s no obligation to take things further.

Yes, bring as many as you’d like. Many families visit together.

That’s completely fine, plenty of families visit months before they need to. We’re happy to answer questions with no pressure and no follow-up calls unless you ask for them.

Yes. Second and third visits are common, and we’re happy to arrange them.
