Three family-owned homes in Fulwood, Preston: Brooklands, Fairmont and Oxford House, each home to no more than 24 residents, so every person is properly known, never just accommodated.
Satisfied Clients
For families across Preston who want their mother or father genuinely known, not efficiently processed, JT Care Homes is the alternative to the corporate care home.
Small, By Design
24 residents. Not 68, not 106. Every home is capped deliberately, so staff know every resident and every family by name, not by room number.

Day-to-day support with personal care, meals and mobility, always with independence and dignity at the centre.
All three homes support residents living with dementia, through calm, familiar routines, reminiscence activities and sing-alongs built around each person's own history.
A break for the family carer and a warm welcome for their loved one, from a few days to a few weeks, with no long-term commitment.
A private rehabilitation suite with a specialist therapy bathing facility, supporting residents recovering from a hospital stay, illness or fall.
We know this is one of the hardest decisions a family makes, so every visit is unhurried and pressure-free. About 45 minutes, hosted by the home’s manager. A real bedroom, not a show room. Tea with residents, if you’d like. No obligation at the end of it.
An activities coordinator visits every home twice a week, alongside a full in-house programme: music and movement, quizzes and games, reminiscence sessions, weekly hairdressing, chiropody, movie nights and seasonal outings. We follow the Lancashire Dignity in Care Charter in everything we do, so residents feel involved, valued and heard every day, not just on a visit.
They treated my Mum like a family member. The quality of care given to their residents is outstanding.
(DAUGHTER OF RESIDENT)
I cannot praise the staff highly enough for the loving kindness with which they treat the residents.
